I made a booking online and now I need to change it (to add other people from my household, or to change the day or time). What do I do?
Contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort this out for you.
Do I need to book a table for food/drinks as well as booking to play?
Please ask our staff if they can hold a table for you post game when you arrive. We are not taking pre-arrival bookings for tables.
Can I pay on the door or do I have to book in advance?
We encourage people to book in advance to ensure game play. However, you can pay on the door if there are spaces available on arrival.
How many people can play together?
Groups can contain up to four people playing together. Under Tier 2 Covid safety rules, your group must all be from the same household/support bubble. If your household is larger, for example six people, you can play in two groups of three, and you can sit together in the bar area for food and drinks afterwards.
What are you doing to be fully covid-safety compliant?
We have lots of measures in place to keep you safe. Players must wear masks at Wonder Golf, except when seated for refreshments. Staff regularly clean and sanitise all table and touch points.
I need to self isolate as I or a member of my household has tested positive for Covid, can you refund my booking?
Yes! We will refund tickets in the event of players needing to quarantine or self-isolate. If we unfortunately need to move into Tier 3 restrictions, we will refund tickets booked for sessions during that period.
Are children welcome at Wonder Golf?
Yes! During the day we welcome families and children (under 3s enter free and don’t need to have a ticket, and they don’t count towards the maximum 4 people in a group) – Wonder Golf is over 18s after 7pm.
How long does it take to get around the whole course?
We estimate 45 minutes to make it around the course. The bar may well tempt you to stay longer – we serve delicious food, hot and cold drinks, beer, wine and spirits.
Do you offer discounts for caregivers/block bookings etc?
We’ve worked hard to keep the ticket price as low as we can so more people can join in – unfortunately this means we can’t offer discounts.
